Article 1 – Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions:
Cooling-off period
The period during which the consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal.
Consumer
A natural person acting outside their trade or profession who enters into a contract with ÉLAN VITAE.
Day
Calendar day.
Durable medium
Any tool that allows information to be stored and reproduced unchanged.
Right of withdrawal
The right of the consumer to cancel a distance contract within the cooling-off period.
Operator
ÉLAN VITAE, supplier of food supplements.
Distance contract
A contract concluded without physical presence using digital communication.

Article 3 – Applicability
These terms apply to all offers, orders, and agreements.
By placing an order, the consumer agrees to these terms.
Article 4 – The Offer
All product descriptions are accurate and based on current knowledge.
ÉLAN VITAE provides food supplements, not medical products.
Statements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Images are indicative.
Errors do not bind ÉLAN VITAE.
Article 5 – The Agreement
The agreement is concluded when the consumer completes payment.
Orders are subject to product availability.
ÉLAN VITAE reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders.
Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal
Due to the nature of food supplements, the following applies:
The consumer may withdraw within 30 days, unless:
- The product has been opened
- The seal has been broken
- The product has been used
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened supplements cannot be returned.
To withdraw:
- Notify within 30 days via email
- Return the product unused and sealed
Article 7 – Return Costs
Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer.
Refunds are processed within 14–30 days after receipt.
Article 8 – Product Safety & Responsibility
The consumer is responsible for:
- Following recommended dosage
- Checking ingredients for allergies
- Consulting a professional if necessary
ÉLAN VITAE is not liable for misuse.
Article 9 – Pricing
All prices are displayed in EUR.
Prices may exclude import duties outside the EU.
Errors in pricing do not obligate delivery.
Article 10 – Product Information Disclaimer
Supplements are intended to support performance, not replace:
- Medical treatment
- A balanced diet
- A healthy lifestyle
Always follow label instructions.
Article 11 – Delivery
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Delivery times may vary.
Delays do not entitle compensation.
Article 12 – Liability
ÉLAN VITAE is not liable for:
- Improper use
- Ignoring dosage instructions
- Combining products irresponsibly
Article 13 – Complaints
Complaints must be submitted within 7 days after receiving the product.
Response within 30 days.
Article 14 – Governing Law
Dutch law applies.
